New
Cryptocurrency transactions can be dizzying—strings of addresses, complicated tokens, and sometimes confusing transaction types. We believe that viewing and understanding your wallet history should be effortless. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce the new and improved Chainfolio transaction display. Gone are the days of puzzling over complicated tables and hidden details. Now, you can see exactly what’s happening in your wallet at a glance.
The new display highlights whether a transaction was Sent or Received. Quick, color-coded labels immediately let you know if tokens left or entered your wallet. This simple change removes guesswork and helps you stay on top of your portfolio flows.
Where we used to show long Ethereum addresses in full, we now abbreviate them for a cleaner look. Hovering over (or clicking on) the shortened address still reveals the full string, so you don’t lose any information. It’s the best of both worlds: clarity and detail when you need it.
Each transaction now appears in an easy-to-read card format (or simplified row). Rather than cramming all details into a single line, we’ve split the information into logical sections:
Token type & amount (with the USD conversion when available)
From address → To address
Exact date & time (shown in your local time zone or UTC)
This approach makes it immediately clear what happened, when it happened, and who was involved.
The best part? We polled our users. We asked what they wanted to see, how they read blockchain data, and how they prefer to manage multiple tokens. The result: an interface that surfaces the most important details without drowning you in extra noise.
Ready to explore? Head over to Chainfolio (chainfolio.io) and type in your wallet address (or ENS name). See for yourself how our updated, user-friendly transaction view can help you keep track of your crypto journey—no stress, no confusion, just clarity.
